Kate finds herself locked up in her apartment building’s laundry room. It’s the middle of the night and there’s a man with her. Which would be the great start of a horror movie, except this is real and thankfully the man isn’t that bad. Actually, he’s quite nice. Oh, and hot. He’s a neighbor she’s seen a few times, the playboy with the golden looks. And as they find themselves sitting increasingly closer in an effort not to freeze to death, hands bump into parts of her body that haven’t been touched in years.
It could have stopped at that: one night of pleasure, albeit in a weird location. Except it doesn’t. Even though she knows Jace has another girlfriend, she still opens her door to him every night. He is addictive. And sometimes, he’s even nice. But what happens when the drama finally takes its toll and she bars her door to him?

Review
Ms. Hillman has a style and flavor to her writing that really appeals to me. The words slip off the page and sink right into my psyche. I feel her story as I read and that's a gift she brings to her work.
--Seriously Reviewed, 17.5/20
I loved this book and would recommend it to anyone who is in the mood for a sexy, love story. You should be warned though, that you will be walking a thin line between steamy and down-right combustible.
--Kiki, Two Lips Reviews, 4.5/5
It contains many of the things that draw my attention: conflict, misunderstanding, a heroine that isn't the perfect model type, and red-hot sex. Add in a great story, and this book will keep a smile on your face.

About the Author
Emma Hillman never plans her stories. She just lets the characters have fun and hopes the ending will make sense. It usually does.
Her first book, Location, Location, Location (eXcessica, August 2009), garnered a 5-star Top Pick review from Night Owl Reviews, who said it "was a memorable, remarkable and phenomenally scorching read."
Besides being a multi-published author of erotica and romance, she works full-time and lives in Paris with a (nice) husband, a (cute) little girl, and two sweet but (very) loud pets. She also reads far too much as the postman (and her banker) could attest, but shhhh.

I wish I could agree with the other two, but this story was just so...unrealistic. Kate really should have had more backbone. Jace was a jerk. The first sex scene was so...not sexy. It was written quick and with dialogue that didn't make the situation all that erotic. And then Jace, who I thought I would like, had no intelligence. I wish Kate had had more sense when he was seducing her, but all she thought was, Oooo that feels too good, I must submit, how could this not be right, blah blah blah blah blah. If I had been Kate, I honestly have to tell you that I would have ditched him a long time ago.

Hot! Fun! and Hot!
By J. Lavin
Another sexy-as-hell story! I love this author because her books never go too terribly deep. They're light and fun, even when the characters are angsty. I love to read them in between the books that are just way too heavy because the characters are fun and the sex is a-freaking-mazing!!!

Spot on!

Who hasn't had a Jace in their life? That good-looking hunk you can't resist despite everything your mama taught you! He'll make you do things you never imagined you'd do - god forbid- love to do! I know I have, I used to call him my Mr Big, I might as well call him my Jace from now on!
This story could happen, the everyday girl falling for the too good-looking guy from next door or the next office... most of the time, it'll end with heart break, I'm glad it's not the case here!
I loved the story and the characters. I loved hating Jace, I could totally relate to Kate when she felt used and wanted nothing more than to forget about Jace. But how can you forget about the best sex you've ever had in your life? Really?
